What did you do for you today?

It can be a little action that can make your day better. You are worth it! And taking care of yourself is not a heavy thing that you should feel that you have to do, but a pleasure. That’s for you! You deserve it! Drink more water, go for a walk, eat fruits and vegetables, read a good book, enjoy your company, learn something new, wake up with plans, and repeat it again, and again. Choose a little step per day, per week…but choose to move! Be willing to make better choices FOR YOU! It sounds cliche but life is short! Decide to wake up with dreams, and trust that you can achieve it. Then chase them, and never ever give up!
